Here, I have copied some notes from an interview of Pepe Escobar, probably the world's best correspondent with the best connections to what is really going on. You can't get a print-form transcript of these interviews, you have to do it the hard way. The title was Pepe Escobar: The Eurasian Shift: Bypassing US Chokepoints on Dialogue Works Highlights - May 22, 2026. Creation of a multipolar world is enabled by the world's two superpowers, China and Russia, by coordinating the integration of Eurasia - the leaders of BRICS, the leaders of SEO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) and leaders of the Global South.
At the Xi/Putin conference in Beijing, the declaration essentially laid the groundwork for a new global strategic architecture, to replace the militaristic hegemony of the West (U.S. + Europe). This new architecture is about an actual civilization for humanity rather than an imposed system of control that benefits a few.
The spiritual and moral system of any civilization cannot be considered exceptional or superior to others. (These two sentences Pepe is reading from the agreement text). All countries should advocate a new civilization based on equality, mutual exchange of experience and dialogue.
Thus we enter a new era in which the Indispensable Nation is China and the Indispensable Relationship is between Russia and China.
Left unsaid is that the U.S. has become the dispensable nation.
These powers, in uniting Eurasia, become, along with Iran, the three normative powers forging this new architecture of multipolarity, the foundation stone of international relations. The empire of chaos and piracy (U.S. + Europe) will naturally reject this pivotal moment in the 21st Century and attempt to further bully the world.
That becomes the biggest task at hand, how to contain and manage this Empire (The West) which is completely out of control. Now, Russia and China are completely united in this effort.
As well, Iran, Pakistan, Russia, China and North Korea are in on these discussions on a security system for all of Eurasia. President Xi will soon visit North Korea and a prime topic will be the new military buildup in Japan, of course on behalf of the U.S. in their imagined goal of surrounding and "containing" China. A key ingredient in this security system of course is missiles.

What Substack calls "views" means opening in a browser. As well, one person unsubscribed from receiving this. Since this post is about the opening of the "shooting" part of the already-started WW-III, it might well be the most important post that you have read (or not read, as the case may be), posted by ANYONE.

§In my cross-post today of Scott Ritter's post "Terror and Mental War" another subscriber quit from receiving this. This post gives a deep reading of the history and actions of Europe and NATO regarding their proxy war against Russia, now bleeding into outright war. Again, he is indicating that Russia isn't going to keep sitting there quietly absorbing NATO attacks. There WILL BE consequences.
This theme is brought up again today in an interview with Jeffrey Sachs by Glenn Diesen: Jeffrey Sachs: The Baltic States Are Now the "Most Dangerous Place" in the World | Glenn Diesen | May 23, 2026. I can get a printed transcript tomorrow from Glenn Diesen's Substack. For now, the title is self-descriptive, relating to the ongoing deep, radicalized ethno-cultural hatred, especially by Poland and the Baltics, of Russia. And since Canada is deeply involved in the Baltics, Latvia especially, Canada is stained with the exact same loathing of Russia. Glenn and Jeffrey discuss how the Europeans could possibly get to the point of meaningful diplomacy and discussion with Russia. That would certainly be the first step away from war.
§In another interview, Col. Douglas Macgregor provides a glimmer of hope in that Germany is very likely to turn away from these European Centrists and search for improved relations with Russia. He again says that Russia has had it with these drone attacks, from Ukraine with NATO-supplied devices.
